Cinemark is looking for team members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet Guests, operate the POS system, and verify tickets while following safety and policy guidelines. Roles may include Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties depending on staffing needs.

Ideal candidates are 16+, have basic food handling awareness where required, and can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and team collaboration are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Operate the POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to the correct auditorium.
• Provide information on pricing, movies, events, and policies.
• Respond to Guest questions with professional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe theatre environment throughout the venue.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
