Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to greet Guests, assist with ticketing and concessions, and keep the cinema clean and safe. You will operate the POS system, verify tickets, and direct Guests to their seats while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

The role requires friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to work with others on a fast-paced team. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often needed, and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and communication.
• Must be able to converse in and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to the auditorium.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety in lobbies, aisles, restrooms and auditoriums.
