Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests, answering questions, selling tickets, and providing fast, friendly service across box office, concessions, and usher duties as needed. You will operate the POS system, verify tickets, share movie information, keep theaters clean, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for every guest.

Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential for success.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• English language communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to take and follow direction with a sense of urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold per MPAA rating system and policies.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Responds to guest questions with professional service.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor presentation and safety.
• Keeps theatre clean and free from debris in all areas.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Sanitizes high-contact areas and maintains hygiene.
• Complies with local health and safety laws.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
