Job summary

The role prioritizes friendly guest interactions, reliable POS transactions, and maintaining clean theatre spaces. Training and certification opportunities are provided as required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be willing to obtain R-Serving and/or Food Handler certifications as required.
• All required certifications will be paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for tickets, concessions, or merchandise.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions and assist with ushering and policy enforcement.
