B&B Theatres in Blacksburg, VA is seeking a Theater Staff member to join our frontline team behind concessions and the box office. You will interact with guests to create magical and fun experiences, with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.

You will handle ticket sales, concession orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while upholding company values of family, fun, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times.

• Staying current on new releases and upcoming movies.
• Communicating and coordinating as a team with your fellow colleagues.
