Job summary

Regal in San Antonio is seeking Floor Staff to support concessions or usher duties on a part-time basis, with variable hours. You will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure cleanliness, and adhere to the theatre's dress code and policies.

Responsibilities include operating POS and handling payments, promoting Regal Crown Club, supervising seating, and assisting with theatre operations. Training on harassment and discrimination is provided to ensure a respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and progress toward completion required.
• Alcohol certification training may be required where applicable.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and coupons with accuracy.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell concessions.
• Read and follow training materials on harassment and discrimination.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons, and manage audience flow as usher.
• Inspect theatre for safety and cleanliness; maintain restrooms, lobby and auditoriums.
