Job summary

Regal in Salem, Oregon is seeking part-time, on-site team members to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will handle ticketing, cash, and guest service while promoting Premium Viewing and the Regal Crown Club.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests with seating and safety. Prior experience with cast certification is preferred, and attendance matters are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion or progress toward completion is required.
• Ability to perform essential duties in Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles.
• Regular and consistent attendance and compliance with dress code.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS with cash drawer and card handling.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure tickets are sold per MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Operate concession POS, manage inventory and maintain stock.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums and assist with seating as needed.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and assist with opening/closing duties.
