Regal Cinemas is seeking Floor Staff in Oregon to ensure guests receive exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle tickets, concessions, and inquiries while upholding our brand standards and MPAA guidelines.

Ideal candidates possess cast certification, strong cash handling, and excellent communication. Training on Regal Crown Club and safety procedures is provided, with opportunities for varied scheduling.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if applicable.
• Strong public speaking and listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate POS system accurately for tickets and concessions.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Assist in Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles as needed.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock and assist guests.
