Job summary

Cinemark in Portland, OR is hiring Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet guests, answer questions about movies, tickets, and events, operate the POS, verify tickets, and help maintain a clean, safe theater.

This role may work as usher, box office, or concessionist depending on staffing. Must be 16+, able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and be flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Cash handling and basic math accuracy are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark's POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and special events details.
• Respond to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety in lobbies, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
