Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to greet Guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and provide accurate information about movies and events. You may work across Usher, Box Office, or Concession roles as staffing needs require.

The position requires 16+ years old, basic food handling training, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with strong guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training or local certification as required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, show information, and promotions to Guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby, seating areas, and restrooms.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed by management.
