Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our theater team in Portland, Oregon. You will assist Guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and provide information on pricing, events, and screenings.

Role involves maintaining clean facilities, following safety standards, and supporting opening/closing duties as needed. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training or local certification if required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie, events, and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety standards across all areas.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
