Job summary

B&B Theatres in Claremore, OK is seeking a part-time Theatre Staff member to deliver exceptional guest experiences behind concessions and box office. You will interact with guests to make each visit magical and fun, while supporting various theatre operations and upholding company values.

The role requires evenings, weekends, and some holiday availability, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be willing to obtain R-Serving (for candidates 21+), Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications as required; company covers costs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items, following food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions before, during, and after shows to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and enforcing theatre policies.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and securing cash or supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service and support overall theatre operations.
