Job summary

B&B Theatres in Shawnee, KS is seeking Theatre Staff to work behind concession and box office, greeting guests and delivering a magical experience. This frontliner role requires evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, with duties across customer service, sales, and cleaning.

You will maintain cleanliness, operate POS systems, and collaborate with team to ensure guest satisfaction and a memorable cinema visit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items, following food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions before, during, and after shows to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and enforcing theatre policies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service and support overall theatre operations.
