Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a part-time Theatre Staff member in Kansas City, MO. You will work behind the concession and box office, interacting with guests to create magical experiences. The role requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.

Responsibilities include guest greeting, POS transactions, concessions, cleaning, ushering, and teamwork to ensure safety and a great guest experience. Flexible scheduling and a fun, energetic environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving (21+), Food Handler and/or Food Manager certifications; company pays for all required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, concessions.
• Monitor auditorium conditions for guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with ushering duties including ticket scanning and seating.
• Support opening/closing procedures and restocking.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
