Job summary

Regal Floors Staff are scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employees. They may work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, representing Regal in line with its mission and policies.

Roles include handling cash, assisting guests, promoting rewards, and ensuring safety and compliance with MPAA ratings, food safety, and dress code standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if applicable when alcohol is served.
• Read and understand training materials covering harassment and discrimination.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS with accuracy in cash handling and selling tickets; promote upsell of Premium Viewing Experience; promote Regal Crown Club; ensure MPAA rating compliance; respond to guest questions.
