Theatre Floor Staff: Guest Service & Ops

Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to join our theatre teams. Roles include Box Office, Concession, or Usher, with schedules ranging from variable hour to full-time hourly, all focused on delivering exceptional guest service.

You will be part of a smoke-free facility and must maintain attendance, handle emergencies, and follow dress code while supporting opening and closing duties.

Education/experience requirements include cast certification steps and, if applicable, alcohol service training.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and your duties include selling/serving alcohol, complete required state or local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and reach evidence-based conclusions; perform under pressure.
• Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS and manage cash, credit card, travelers’ checks, gift cards and coupons with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote adherence to MPAA ratings and company policy; respond to guest questions.
• Operate concessions POS, manage stock inventory, and uphold food safety laws.
• Promote and perform in-theatre sales as directed; maintain concession equipment.
• Inspect theatres for safety, cleanliness, and sound/vision quality; enforce MPAA ratings.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and return areas to order.
