Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff in Ashburn, VA to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will operate POS systems, handle cash and cards, promote the Regal Crown Club, and ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and safety standards.

Responsibilities include directing patrons, inspecting bags as needed, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Must complete cast certification and beverage/server training if applicable.

Qualifications

• Cast certification completion required, as cast member and cashier or progress towards completion.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state or local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system in Box Office and Concession, handle cash and cards accurately, and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums, inspect backpacks as applicable, manage crowd control and seating assistance, and enforce MPAA ratings.
• Perform opening/closing duties, maintain theatre cleanliness, reassure safety and report issues to management.

Education

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
