Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff in Fredericksburg, VA to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You may be scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly staff, all aimed at delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, upselling premium experiences, promoting the Regal Crown Club, and ensuring compliance with MPAA ratings and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and your duties include serving alcohol, you must complete legally required state/local training and obtain the certificate.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer, credit card, and gift card transactions, as well as tickets and coupons.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policy; respond to guest questions.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums, manage crowd control, and inspect theatre conditions.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, and lobbies.
