Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles while delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, promoting Regal Crown Club, and ensuring compliance with MPAA ratings and safety standards.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced theatre environment, including standing for extended periods and handling customer questions with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, it is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems. Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with accuracy for cash, cards, and tickets in Box Office and Concession.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote Regal Crown Club programs.
• Ensure ticketing complies with MPAA policies and handle guest inquiries politely.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, and manage usher duties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in auditoriums, lobby, and restrooms; support opening/closing duties.
