Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support operations across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will deliver exceptional guest service, handle tickets and payments, promote rewards programs, maintain cleanliness, and help enforce MPAA policies and safety standards.

Completion of a cast certification program is required (or progress toward it). You must communicate effectively, work well under pressure, and be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds as part of theatre duties.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS system, handle cash, credit cards, and tickets; upsell Premium Viewing Experience; promote Regal Crown Club; ensure MPAA policy compliance; respond to guest inquiries.
• Concession: operate POS system, manage cash, stock inventory; promote Crown Club; ensure food safety compliance; manage breaks and alcohol service where applicable.
• Usher: tear tickets, direct patrons, inspect bags, manage crowd control, enforce MPAA ratings, maintain theatre cleanliness, assist with opening/closing duties.
