Job summary

Regal is seeking part-time Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle tickets, process payments, and guide guests to their auditoriums, while maintaining high guest service standards.

The role involves upselling premium experiences, promoting Crown Club, and ensuring safety and policy compliance across all theatre areas. Prior cast/cashier training is preferred, with continuous learning expectations.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Experience in handling cash, tickets and concessions while maintaining accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to promote loyalty programs and adhere to MPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS and manage cash and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote Crown Club and ensure MPAA policy compliance.
• Assist Concession with cash handling and inventory.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons to seats, and enforce safety and courtesy.
