Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is seeking Floor Staff to support box office, concession, and usher roles across our theatres. You will assist guests with tickets, purchases, and seating, while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment consistent with Regal standards.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, upselling premium experiences, promoting Crown Club, and adhering to all food safety and MPAA guidelines. Cast certification and Regal training are required.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and working in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
• Ability to learn and apply MPAA rating policies and company rules.
• Willingness to complete cast certification and Regal training as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate box office POS, handling cash, cards, and vouchers with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing options and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Assist guests with inquiries and guide them to seating areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and restrooms, lobby, and auditoriums as needed.
• Support opening/closing duties and stock management in concessions.
