Regal Cinemas, Inc. is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. This part-time, on-site position focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining theatre standards.

You will operate the POS system, upsell Premium experiences, promote the Crown Club, and ensure compliance with MPAA ratings, safety, and dress code, with opportunities to contribute to a clean, welcoming environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash, cards, and coupons with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Respond to guest questions with friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and other areas.
• Promote safety and report issues to management; enforce policies as needed.
• Support opening and closing procedures as directed.
