Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is seeking Floor Staff to join our teams across Concession, Greeter/Usher, or Unlimited roles. You’ll help ensure guests receive exceptional service, handle cash and POS transactions, and promote Regal Crown Club programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, enforcing MPAA ratings, assisting guests to seats, and performing opening/closing duties. Prior cast certification and willingness to train on beverage service are valued.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and reach conclusions based on evidence, and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash drawer and payments; manage inventory and transactions.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and Unlimited programs.
• Operate, prep and clean concession-related equipment; ensure food safety compliance.
• Enforce MPAA rating system and conduct in-theatre inspections.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby.
