Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system in Box Office and concessions with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Manage crowd control, seat guests, and assist in opening/closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in auditoriums and related areas.
