Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming environment for Guests. You will assist at the box office, concessions, or usher as needed, answering questions and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, providing movie information, maintaining clean facilities, and upholding safety standards. Must be 16+, able to work flexible hours, and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with guests of all ages.
• Must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to take and follow direction.
• Responds with a sense of urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and policies.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and special events.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safe environment.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as needed.
