The role includes alcohol service where permitted, adhering to state laws, and promoting current promotions and loyalty programs. You will handle cash, operate concession equipment, and ensure a clean, safe, and compliant service area.

The position emphasizes consistent attendance, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program required.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training completed.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Server position includes alcohol sales; must meet age and licensing requirements.
• Follow all laws and obligations for serving alcohol.
• Know promotions, coupons and Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with excellent service at all times.
• Handle cash, inventory and coupons accurately.
• Operate, prepare and clean concession equipment and storerooms.
• Follow safety, food handling and dress code policies.
• Understand emergency, evacuation and incident procedures.
