The Studio Theatre in Washington, DC is seeking a part-time Box Office Associate to process ticketing requests and deliver high levels of customer service to patrons during shows. This on-site role requires evening and weekend availability and a willingness to staff the Will-Call desk.

Responsibilities include processing sales and exchanges in Tessitura, handling inquiries, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting box office operations with a focus on inclusive service and diversity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with the general public, front of house or box office a plus.
• Familiarity with Tessitura or CRM databases is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and working with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Process ticket sales, exchanges and subscriptions using Tessitura.
• Staff Will-Call desk and handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Maintain timely, accurate data and high-quality customer service.
• Support box office operations during shows according to schedule.
• Contribute to anti-racism and inclusive workplace efforts.
