Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre operations. The role involves cross-training across all departments, ensuring policy adherence, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager follows the Management Accreditation Program after six months of service. Responsibilities include assisting GM, preparing reports, training staff, and maintaining safety and dress-code standards while managing daily theatre

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and accurate cash handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Works across all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
• Ensures staff dress code compliance and customer service standards.
• Interacts with Guests to uphold superior service.
• Adheres to Cinemark Guidelines and enforces policies fairly.
