Cinemark offers a role as Assistant Manager to help run our theatres with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational standards. You will be cross-trained across departments and provide inspirational training to team members.

You can progress to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program and working for at least six months, with emphasis on training, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and follow directions.
• Support decisions and communicate with staff.
• Work in all departments and theatre functions.
• Train and coach Team Members.
• Prepare administrative and special reports.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and equipment conditions.
• Ensure guests receive superior service.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines fairly.
