Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and ensure policy adherence. You will be cross-trained across departments to train staff and maintain high service standards.

Advancement opportunities include progression to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program preferred.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.
• Strong guest service mindset and cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all theatre departments and train Team Members.
• Support General Manager and communicate decisions to staff.
• Provide superior customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect theatre facilities and report repairs as needed.
• Enforce dress code and safety policies consistently.
• Follow Employee Relations Reporting Protocol.
