Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre and ensure policy compliance. You will be cross trained across departments to support staff and to provide inspirational training to Employees.

The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Emphasis on guest service and leadership is key.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School/GED.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager across theatre departments.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Interacts with Guests to provide superior customer service.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
