Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers support theatre operations by aligning with General Manager decisions and guiding staff to deliver excellent guest service. They are cross-trained across departments to cover where needed and to provide inspirational training to employees.

Progression is possible from Assistant Manager to Senior Assistant Manager and then Theatre Manager or General Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to train and lead others; strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff accordingly.
• Train and coach team members in their roles and ensure policy adherence.
• Participate in reports and inspections of theatre facilities and equipment.
