Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, enforce policies, and train staff. This role is cross-trained across departments and leads team members to deliver superior guest service.

The ideal candidate will have high school or GED, completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certifications where required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Effective English communication and teamwork.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager decisions and staff communication.
• Work in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Inspect theatre, property and equipment condition and report repairs.
• Ensure dress code compliance and guest service excellence.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines and employee relations protocols.
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Sanitize high-contact areas and follow safety procedures.
