Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume theater environment. You will supervise, coach and develop associates, assist with hiring and training, and drive operations to meet financial targets.

The role requires strong communication, readiness to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to balance guest satisfaction with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and supervisory experience in high-volume settings.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, anticipate needs and provide exceptional service.
• Supervise, motivate and coach theatre associates.
• Oversee daily operations to keep theatre running smoothly.
• Assist with hiring, training and development.
• Monitor KPIs and drive guest satisfaction.
