Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, ensuring policies are followed and standards met. You will be cross-trained across departments and mentor staff through Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program, potentially advancing to Senior Assistant Manager or Theater Manager after six months.

You will train teams, prepare reports, monitor facilities, and maintain exceptional guest service and safety standards across all theatre areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and lead Team Members in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff.
• Work in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members; assist in reports for the GM.
