Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, ensuring policies and standards are met. You will work across departments, training staff and supporting the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role serves as a stepping stone to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Flexible hours and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• H.S. or GED preferred.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Excellent Guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions and communicates with staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Assists in preparation of admin and special reports.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness across the theatre.
