Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations across departments and uphold Cinemark's standards of service.

You will be cross-trained, coach team members, and help implement policies through the Management Accreditation Program. Responsibilities include guiding staff, preparing reports, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining cash handling accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completes basic management courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cash handling and basic math skills are required.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager's decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes and participates in inspection of building, property, and equipment.
• Reports needs for repairs to General Manager.
• Ensures Team Members follow dress code and provide superior customer service.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure exceptional service.
• Adheres to Cinemark's guidelines and policies.
• Reports employee relations issues as required.
• Maintains high work ethic and conduct standards.
