Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure adherence to policies and standards. You will be cross trained across departments to support all functions and to provide inspirational training to Employees.

The role offers a clear career path to Senior Assistant Manager followed by Theatre Manager after successful completion of the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Interacts with Guests for improved service in the theatre and ensures that Team Members are providing superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines with all Team Members fairly and consistently.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
