Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, ensure adherence to policies, and support multiple departments. The role offers progression toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager via the Management Accreditation Program.

Responsibilities include training staff, reporting to the General Manager, and maintaining high standards of guest service, safety, and operations. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training required for managers serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed across all departments.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior Customer service and experiences.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and Employee Relations protocols.
• Addresses safety, cleaning, and policy compliance as part of daily duties.
