Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Manager at our Louisville, KY theatre. You will help operate the theatre, train staff, and support the General Manager with daily decisions and guest service excellence.

You'll complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, handle various duties across departments, and maintain high standards of safety and operations while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their tasks and shifts.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures theatre-wide.
• Maintains guest service excellence and handles cash with accuracy.
• Addresses safety, security, and cleanliness in all areas of the theatre.
