Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ohio to help run the theatre, train staff and ensure high guest service standards. You will rotate through departments, support management decisions, and participate in the Management Accreditation Program for career progression.

Ideal candidates admire teamwork, maintain strong attendance, and manage time effectively while ensuring safety and quality in operations and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program is required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays with regular attendance.

Responsabilités

• Assist in overall theatre operations and uphold policies.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Support administrative reporting and security checks.
• Ensure guest service is superior and dress code is followed.
• Address safety, cleanliness and basic cash handling with accuracy.
