Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations in Strongsville, OH. The role involves cross-training across departments, coaching staff, and ensuring policy compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting the GM, preparing reports, supervising staff, and delivering excellent guest service while managing cash handling and scheduling. Training under the Management Accreditation Program is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark MAP courses (Management Accreditation Program).
• Must complete basic food handling training and obtain local/state certification/health card where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Provide excellent guest service and accurate cash handling with basic math.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager directions and supports GM decisions.
• Works in all theatre departments and staff functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
• Enforces dress code and maintains safety and cleanliness standards.
• Interacts with Guests to enhance service quality and customer experience.
• Reports employee relations issues following the established protocol.
