Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program basic courses.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Supports decisions in communication with staff across departments.
• Ensures theatre policies and procedures are followed and standards met.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
