Cinemark West Valley City and XD in West Valley City, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, trains team members, and ensure policies and standards are followed. This role offers cross-training across departments and a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through Cinemark’s accreditation program.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, completed the Management Accreditation Program, and can work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Promote superior guest service and ensure safety and security protocols.
