Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. in Provo, UT is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations and lead teams across departments. You will be trained through Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and progress toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager roles.

You’ll train staff, ensure policy adherence, manage guest service, and assist in reporting while maintaining safety and consistent performance in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP) courses.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent guest service and basic cash handling skills.
• Ability to train and lead others and enforce policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all theatre departments and operational areas.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Support scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper PPE usage.
