Cinemark USA, Inc. Sugarhouse theatre in Salt Lake City seeks an Assistant Manager to help oversee all theatre operations and support staff across departments. You will train employees, enforce policies, and ensure service quality while reporting to the General Manager.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program, and be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Growth paths exist to senior roles.

• Must be at least 18 years old and a High School or GED graduate.
• Strong guest service mindset with excellent cash handling skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to train, lead and coach team members.
