Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager in Utah to help oversee theatre operations, ensure policy adherence, and train staff across all departments. The role offers growth into Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program.

Successful candidates will support guest services, manage shift workflows, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards while upholding Cinemark guidelines.

Qualificações

• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP).
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Performs duties requiring good cash handling and basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communication.
• Trains and coaches team members in job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre property and equipment for safety and maintenance.
• Ensures staff follow dress code and provide superior guest service.
• Reports employee relations issues per policy.
• Contributes to a safe, efficient theatre operation.
