• Two-year degree college or university, preferably in hospitality management.
• Two to three years of management experience in a theater or restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests about concessions, movies, and theater directions.
• Oversee crew operations and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Respond to guest comments and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day theater operations to meet efficiency and profitability standards.
• Open and close the building, complete nightly paperwork, and verify shift deposits.
• Monitor employee breaks and enforce state laws to ensure compliance.
• Oversee core theater areas (HR, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Booth, Facilities) to support operations.
• Assist in recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
