• Two to three years of management experience in a theater or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions so guests feel welcomed and well informed.
• Manage and oversee employees in crew operations ensuring outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to ensure all guests enjoy their Emagine experience.
• Respond to guest comments while educating and empowering other employees to act in similar capacity to maintain guest satisfaction and quality.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the theater to ensure efficiency and profitability standards.
• Open and close the building, complete nightly paperwork, and prepare/verify shift deposits.
• Monitor employee breaks and ensure compliance with State Law and company rules.
• Oversee core theater areas (HR, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Booth, Facilities) to contribution to theater success.
• Aid in recruitment, orientation, training, scheduling and performance management functions.
• Ensure proper security procedures to protect employees, guests and assets.
• Control costs in labor, portions, and stock ordering; implement quality standards.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting and assisting in budget control; estimate food costs and adjust menus.
